How can I replace CIM if SCL(Steering Column Lock) is locked in a position where CIM cannot be dismounted?
Saab 9-3 model year 2003-2012
1. Disconnect old CIM
2. Connect the new CIM and let it hang temporarily in the wiring
3. Add the new CIM to the vehicle with TECH 2
4. Now shall the SCL unlock, unless there is a fault in SCL or in the wiring
5. Disconnect new CIM
6. Dismount old CIM
7. Mount and connect new CIM
8. Add CIM with TECH 2 and calibrate the steering angle
