Bluetooth connection does not work OK with my new phone
If the UHP has not been updated since the vehicle was new, it is possible that there could be new software to download. Please check with diagnostic tool.
However is the most common issue the phone (iPhone, Samsung etc) itself. Specially new models have very often software bugs.
We recommend to update the phone with latest software. Search on the internet for the specific phone model + Bluetooth, and you will find a lot of information.
