When will my delivery arrive during the Christmas & new year holiday period
Important – Christmas Ordering and Deliveries
With Christmas fast approaching, Orio UK would like to advise all customers of the ordering and delivery schedule that will apply across the Christmas period.
The UK Distribution centre (Hatfield), will be operating as normal in the run up to Christmas (19th – 23rd Dec), and also in the following week from Weds 28th – Friday 30th December.
For all parts distributed from Sweden there will be a VOR / Express facility every day, but due to travelling times, the overland trucks will be streamlined, with trucks departing on Tuesday 20th and Thursday 22nd, and the last truck dearting on the last working day of the year (Fri 30th).
As a general rule of thumb the last ordering point for delivery for all customers before Christmas, is Thursday 22nd December. The absolute last day for ordering to count towards Q4 incentives is Friday 30th Dec with the respective Swedish and UK cut-off deadlines.
